At my (third?) evening job where I help a small architect’s office with various IT things last night, he fully concurred with my view that the state of housing market in this city is “frothy”. He works with many developers, so he ought to know. He thinks that it would be smart to sell this (hopefully, also overvalued) place, rent, and wait for the inevitable crash in a couple of years.
