A tad stressed out because all of this needs to happen tonight:

– 6:30 : teach neighbor about cat care for while we are gone

– 7:00 : chiropractor appointment about shoulder pain

– 8:00-on : pack for a week in San Diego and SF – leaving tomorrow

– 9:00: Put paperwork together, sign, scan and email our entry into an apartment bidding war

– Figure out how to tell a neighbor couple consisting of a pair of bully-attorneys that they might be responsible for $10K+ damages to the building from the ruptured pipe in their apartment because they turned off the thermostat before leaving on vacation.

– renew my domain-name registration that expires tomorrow

– Oh, dinner at some time between all that.

Tonight is also a second open house for the apartment that the bidding-war is about, but I decided against taking a second look because the only thing that would deter us at this point is a gunpoint robbery outside that building’s door, which is possible, but unlikely in this weather. Muggers like to stay at their warm homes when it’s this cold.
