Khoi Vinh (former director of design for the New York Times) just released a survey he conducted, called “The Tools Designers are Using Today.” With responses from over 4,000 designers, I found the results pretty interesting.

The #1 prototyping tool is HTML/CSS.
The #1 tool for interface design is Sketch by Bohemian Coding.
The #1wireframing tool is also Sketch by Bohemian Coding.
The #1 tool for version control and file management is Dropbox.
