seeing that my internet-only TWC bill just went up to $58, I thought it’s time to do something and call them. I wasn’t too hopeful, since they don’t really have competition from Verizon anymore, but I thought I had nothing to lose, since we’re moving to the new place in a month anyway, and it’s in Cablevision’s turf.
It turns out that all that I needed to do is to nicely ask to re-apply the promotional rate again, to make internet less crazy-expensive. And that was that.
Why do they have to make it so difficult.
