Why Your Boss Wants to Track Your Heart Rate at Work

I am deeply ambivalent about this. I like possibilities that this opens, and think that it should be treated as inevitable, but our best chance in adapting to it is pushing complete transparency.
The person who is being tracked must be seen as the sole legal owner of biometric data s/he generated, with the right to choose what is shared with his employer, how it is used, and it should be explicitly illegal to penalize anyone for opting out.
