Interesting that there are at least two sites that lets users review specifically how women-friendly companies are:
Fairygodboss.com and inhersight.com .

The only reason I am staying where I am is that the job is so relatively low demanding, resulting in tolerable “work-life balance” ( not to be confused with their abysmal parental policies).

Though I am not allowed to contribute, these sites are still something to remember while researching companies.
