AA has exactly zero regard for passengers and getting them to their destination. They told me they could get me there at 1am instead of 3pm as originally planned. I decided that I will just skip the trip and dial in with these people tomorrow instead.
None of the bosses are reachable, naturally, so it will just have to be my call.
