It’s been a while since I’ve flown American. Clearly, in the meantime they’ve been hard at work at further dehumanizing the checking in and boarding process and designing it for the maximum suckage factor while keeping it just shy of cruel and unusual punishment.
Can’t wait to see what they came up with for the plane itself!
