In my perfect world, I’d go to bed at midnight and get up at 8.
Perhaps all I need to do is move all clocks in the house forward 3 hours.
And start wearing a wristwatch, to remind me of where I am in the day.
And change the region on my phone to GMT-2 instead of GMT-5.
So, 5:00am would magically turn into 8am.
I would get up at “8am”, have breakfast in the dark and hang out at home until it’s “10am”. This would be the best part of my day.
I would drop L off at the daycare at “11am”, and be at work by
noon.
I would leave work, like they do in Argentina, at “8:30pm”, and
be home by “9:30pm” (or a little later if I’m doing the pickup).
L would have his dinner and bath, and go down to sleep at “10:15pm”,
which is when we would have a Buenos-Aires-like dinner (with a little less meat but just as much Malbec ), read, get ready for sleep, and get to bed at “midnight”.
Maybe this would work…
