It’s amazing how many people were interested in my ethnicity. It looks like it’s just a kind of thing that’s just normal to ask people you barely know about. The people at the client are mainly nonwhite and it was an interesting way to see the perspectives. Also maybe it’s because I’m an outsider but i kind of wish people felt as comfortable talking about race with total strangers at home.
Also, they know our pain – the country is being run into the ground by corrupt narcissist incompetents elected by the uneducated, and CPT is the last liberal island of resistance, a local california of sorts, this province being the only one not voted for ANC.

Things learned today: Cape Malay home made roti is different from West Indies (Trini) roti but as delicious.
