With Hillary Clinton out of the way, right-wing and fake news writers are going after Elon Musk instead

“…whoever is behind the attacks is aiming at Musk personally because they fear he could go into politics. He cited the allegations of fraud (emails) and negligence (Benghazi) levied at Clinton during the presidential campaign, charges that cemented the public’s perception of her as shady. “It’s the exact same thing as Musk. There’s a portion of the political spectrum that is scared to death of Musk as politician. They see him as a threat. They’re starting that process.””

It will never stop amazing me, when arriving in a new city in the morning, to be thrown into it and remembering that it’s always been there, so busy, doing its city thing without me there all along, and how it will continue doing it after I’m gone.

I haven’t felt this in a long time. Maybe it’s just London that managed to bring it back. It is highly likely that this may turn out a pretty crappy week, but for now I’m soaking this in and it’s worth it.

It’s been a while since I’ve flown American. Clearly, in the meantime they’ve been hard at work at further dehumanizing the checking in and boarding process and designing it for the maximum suckage factor while keeping it just shy of cruel and unusual punishment.
Can’t wait to see what they came up with for the plane itself!

I’m actually happy it did not work out.
I will be spending the entire next week with people like that except they probably won’t be as nice, or funny, or smart, as my friend, and unlike her they won’t know me.

What if something happens to the plane tomorrow and this is my last ever dinner. I would rather have it with R and L.
