Why are lab services in our country conducted out of offices designed to be as dreary as possible, even the ones for children?
And why do people working there so incompetent that they just fail, shrug, and you leave after wasting a morning?
I mean, these tests cost hundreds and possibly into thousands of dollars, making the place look nice and hiring competent people is the least they can do.
