Ghostly

Decided to treat myself (and a homeless person outside, because she looked as sleepy as I) to Eataly croissant for breakfast. Beautiful parents with beautiful little kids way more stylish than me (and mine) waiting in line in front, and I hear Spanish, French and Italian. They all have Montessori elementary school backpacks, the multicultural progressive play-based $45K/year kind. I didn’t see them on subway, so I assume they live around here too. This is their garden, and they are the ones who kindly share it with others.

Goes perfectly with Aphex Twin in my headphones
When you give your seat to a pregnant woman who doesn’t acknowledge and doesn’t sit down, and a young Chinese woman with boxing gloves in her tote happily jumps into it, and you have two bags and a book and an hour commute ahead.
