My favorite little house, the home of Karlsson-On-The-Roof ,  is on the market, for a “mere” $4,440,000 . Hopefully it should be enough for Karlsson on retire on. And the multimillionaire who buys this house, hopefully will continue to be the great imaginary friend to children everywhere.

Also, I had no idea, but apparently taht wonderful book is banned in some parts of this country?

My dream home for many years just went on sale. It’s just the right size: 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. But I don’t have the $2.2m it’s listed for. 😂

They will knock it down, too – this land, ½ block away from a federal Superfund site, and that was flooded during Sandy, and will be flooded again, is too valuable.
