Must look on the bright side. Although I did not get to see Chris Offili on the last day before the closing at the New Museum, or the snowed-in Japanese garden, today I did get to see: four apartments, one Jewish, one Pakistani and two Caribbean neighborhoods, three adorable dogs (played with one), one rabbit (caged, unfortunately), one unsuspecting cat on a roof, one strange note on the ground, one Verrazano Bridge, One World Trade Center (both from a distance, but, remarkably, from the same spot), and a set of wings.
Also, on the roof (not the one with the cat), I felt really close to the sky.
And now it is snowing again, and tomorrow everything will be covered in white and it will be beautiful.
