He could build license his name to a hotel there, on the far side of it, preferably, of locally sourced basalt and gold, and have his office there, and we would call him the King of the Moon and promise to supply him with freeze-dried KFC for the rest of his days, and think of him every time the Moon rises and sets, and during lunar eclipses when it takes on that special hue.
